Nothing is sold and no payments are taken through it at present, so there is no commercial register entry or VAT number.

We put the information on this site together with care, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, correct and up to date.
Conditions on the mountain and on village paths change quickly. Route information and route status are a guide only and do not replace your own judgement, a current weather forecast and suitable equipment. In an emergency, call 112.
Listings under Experiences (places to stay, food, tours and events) come from the providers or from public sources. Bookings are made directly with each provider, and the provider’s own terms apply. Accounts by associations and other sources are attributed to them; where sources differ, we say so.
Links to other websites
We link to other websites as a service. We checked them when we added the link, but we have no influence over their content; the operators of those sites are responsible for it. If you notice a link that leads to unlawful content, please tell us and we will remove it.

Privacy

What this site does not do. There are no user accounts, forms, comments or newsletters, no analytics or tracking, no advertising and no social media plug-ins. Fonts and maps are served from this site itself, so viewing a page does not contact Google or other third parties.
Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. To deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and information about your browser. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Cookies. This site sets no cookies. Only when its protection features are active may Cloudflare set strictly necessary security cookies (for example __cf_bm). Under Article 4(5) of Law 3471/2006, such strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.
Email. If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply to you and delete them when they are no longer needed. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR if your message concerns a contract.
Your rights. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability (Articles 15–21 GDPR). To use them, write to info@kokkinopilos.com.
